It has been a long week and I am exhausted. I swam, biked and ran…Started week 2 of this Push up and Sit up challenge. Yes I missed a bike ride at one of my teammate’s house but I biked at home in replace of swimming. I rode my bike 4 times this week. Went to the gym 8:30 Friday night LOL
A long day (to night) at work, training, and church…that is right no social life LOL And my body hurts.
These next two weeks will be hectic, work, procedures, and yea sliding in a concert and CIAA trip. But I am getting my MOJO back so I will keep up training. Somehow I need to fit in my long run this week (probably do it Tuesday with strength training).
So I want to start this core strengthening exercise I found in woman’s health magazine. One of the requirements is to be able to hold a plank position for 90 seconds and a side plank for 45 seconds. Ok So I tried this morning LOL, LOL, 14 seconds in plank, 12 seconds in side plank…ENUF said
